Questions
- Do I need the LMS to issue certificates?
- No. A Credentials plan stands alone: upload a list, issue, done. Assessment plans include a credentials allowance for centres that do both.
- What counts as an active learner?
- A person enrolled on at least one programme with an active or completed enrolment at any point in the billing year. One person on two programmes is one learner. Staff are not learners.
- What counts as an issued credential?
- Every credential issued in the billing year, of any type — unit, qualification or CPD. A revoked credential still counts; a re-issue counts again.
- Can attendees use it without an account?
- Yes. A credential is a public page reached by link. Holders find every certificate a centre has issued to them by entering their email — no password, no account.
- Is it really free to start?
- Yes. The Free and Starter plans carry the limits shown and never expire. Upgrade when you outgrow them.
